In the main panel, you can use the + and - buttons and the wave between them to apply Noodle.

The Wave = The Motion. The shape of the wave always represents the resulting motion!

Main Panel

The Editor button opens a window that lets you customize your Noodle simulation in more depth.
For paths, the editor is also used for editing a Weight Map (how much each point Noodles).
Quick Bake allows you to convert the simulation into animation data.

The World-Quality dropdown sets the quality of the Noodle simulation for the entire project file.
To temporarily pause all Noodles, set the dropdown to "off" (or if you are lazy, just right-click the dropdown). High qualities take more time to simulate but are more accurate.

Use the = button to quickly enable the Noodle expression for the selected properties.

Surprisingly, you can use the ≠ button to quickly disable it. Editing paths (due to After-Effects limitations) are locked when an expression is applied, so you can quickly disable it through here.
If you are lazy, you don't even need to select the path property, just select the layer. Noodle will find it.

If you want to remove the Noodle Expression from a property, use the X button.Click the ••• button to see more options.
